Form Completion Policy

We understand that forms for school, camp, sports, and other activities are an important part of your child’s care. To ensure accuracy and proper attention to each request, we ask that you please allow up to 5 business days for any form to be completed and returned. We do our best to process requests as quickly as possible, but during busy times, it may take the full 5 days. If your form is time-sensitive, please let us know when submitting it so we can do our best to accommodate. Thank you for your understanding and partnership!
