Here, at Penisula, we offer prenatal visits at no extra charge. During your consultation at our office, we’ll discuss everything you need to know about the day-to-day, night-to-night (all night long!), and ongoing care for your baby. There’s so much to think about right before the baby comes, but do make sure to schedule an appointment with us a few weeks before delivery. We want to get to know you and your little one as soon as possible! Fill out the form below, and come see us for a prenatal visit. Once your baby is here, just tell the hospital that we are your pediatrician. We’re ready for you!
DO I BRING THE WHOLE NURSERY?
Your baby’s first appointment is so exciting and can be overwhelming. Breathe. Bring what’s on the check list…you got this!
- All paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records
- Any insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit)
- Diapers and an extra set of clothes
- Complete the new patient forms prior to the visit to help make the appointment as smooth as possible
