Our Mission
Peninsula Pediatrics strives to be a space where parents and children feel a part of our community and Peninsula Family. We want it to feel like home when you walk through our doors. We are dedicated to practicing medicine that recognizes each family for who they are and not only accepts, but rather celebrates each child as a unique individual. All members of our team – our front desk staff, medical assistants, nurses and physicians – share the common goal of partnering with families on this fantastic parenting journey.
About Us
At Peninsula Pediatrics, we offer excellent, evidence based pediatric medical care with a personalized touch. We see children from birth through the end of college; providing preventative healthcare, sick visits, management of complex medical conditions, lactation services and behavioral health services.
At Peninsula Pediatrics we are committed to thinking about your child/children as part of a family unit. We care a lot about how you are feeling as parents and are here to support you through riding the waves of parenting. Our goal is to have long lasting relationships with you and your children with a sense of family, community and a true medical home.
Why Peninsula?
Peninsula Pediatrics will be the medical home for your children. Our physicians are specialized in nutrition, breastfeeding support and lactation services, management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, asthma management, and complex care coordination. This will limit referrals to specialists. We will work hard to accommodate working parents and adolescents that have difficulty attending typical daytime appointments.
As parents ourselves, we know the road can be bumpy and the journey can take some unexpected turns. Our goal is to partner with you and take the time to get to know both you and your children as they grow and mature. At Peninsula, we are here for our families through both joyous times and times of challenge and difficulty. The Peninsula team is here for support, guidance, an open ear and open heart. It is the deep personal connections formed and commitment to your family that sets us apart from urgent care centers or large hospital associated practices.
Peninsula Pediatrics is committed to learning and growing both from and with you. We understand that the needs of parents shift overtime and are dedicated to listening to feedback from our patients and parents. Open, honest communication and transparency is one of our core values. At Peninsula, we are lifetime learners, always striving to improve the experience for our patients and families.
